Synopsis by letmewatchthis - A strange flying being has arrived in a remote town in Mexico, carelessly flying too low, crashes into a pole, and damages its wings. So he must remain in the town until he is healed. Meanwhile, in order not to get bored, he decides to sow terror among its inhabitants.
